PARIS COUTURE WEEK:
ATELIER VERSACE
Fall 2015
It took 25,000 orchids to turn the catwalk into an enchanted blooming medow, the perfect setting to welcome Donatella Versace‘s edgy fairies: let’s take a look at the Fall 2015 Couture collection by Atelier Versace.

Flowing fabrics, bright colors, flower crowns, glossy lips and natural loose hair: it’s safe to say that this might be one of the most romantic collections in Versace‘s recent history.

Models walked the runway with confidence, bringing some raw youthful energy to a collection made of colorful 70s inspired designs, exquisite details and some serious footwear(boots and sandals).
Lara Stone opened the show, looking like the ultimate fairy goddes: joining her on the catwalk A-list models like Joan Smalls, Mariacarla Boscono, Doutzen Kroes, Anja Rubik and Karlie Kloss.

Looking at the collection as a whole, we were afraid that some of the dresses might not transalte well on the red carpet… But Donatella made sure that Rosie Huntington-Whiteley could prove us worng: indeed the British stunner attended the show wearing a custom black Atelier Versace gown inspired by the new Fall collection. #Wow
Also sitting front row wearing Versace, the top models Irina Shayk, Natasha Poly and (the queen) Naomi Campbell.
